- I enjoy all the creative aspects of millinery. Construction, creativity, balance, and customer service.It is such a joy to start with an idea and turn it into a thing of beauty.
- About Me
- After completing my millinery apprenticeship with 'Elizabeth R' in Brisbane, I started my own millinery label, "Karen Bailey Millinery" in 1988. My hats were sold through David Jones and Myer department stores and independent boutiques. In the 1990s, I opened my hat store in Oxford St Bulimba. During my millinery career, I have created headpieces for clients, theatre and the film industry.
Now based in Northern NSW, I continue to supply hats to my clients and sell through my web site.
