- I Love Hats Because?
- I think hats add a lot of personality to an outfit or wardrobe. I love to sew and add color combinations together. I believe hats offer opportunities to use special colors together and offer ways to show off more about the person wearing the hat.
- About Me
- I like to make things. I enjoy sewing. I have been a seamstress for many years, however, in the last several years I have not been using my skills until the last few months. I have been putting a new wardrobe together for myself, and entertaining the thought of making bags to go with my outfits or for certain purposes. I love hats but have never felt comfortable wearing them very much, because most of the time they are too small for me. My favorite things that interest me on this website are the classes for classic hatmaking, and I want to learn how to wet felt hats. I have been looking at ways to make my own block or form. I would like to make fun cloche hats for myself
