Angelic!  How did you stiffen your lace?

Just using a light brushing of chemical stiffener, the lace is an aged cream so it didn't discolour it and it still has a bit of movement. Getting the wire at the right stiffness does most of the work though.

Okay, so how did you hide the wire?  You really did a solid job at making a hat that looks like it defies gravity!
