This fascinator hat was made with vintage Swiss straw braid. It is dark blue and pink.

The hat was created using a double block and then adding a "cap" under the crown so the hat would sit high on the head.

It is accented with vintage blue chenille dot veiling that goes around the front half of the crown and is finished with vintage velvet flowers in a matching dark blue.

The inside is covered in a pink strawcloth which matches the cap.

Fits many head sizes as it is meant to sit atop the head and not onto the head.

There is an elastic band to help secure the hat to the head.
