The hat is made from a vintage straw cartwheel which has been blocked, cut, sewn, and wired into its present shape.

There is vintage lace around the crown and the brim. Vintage appliques and ribbon have been woven around the crown as well. The crown has been wired to maintain its shape.

Headsize opening fits 22"- 22 3/4" .
