The hat is constructed out of a piece of 100% wool felt in your color choice. The hat body is round, with a decorative tuck on one side. There is a wired circular tilt band in back to hold the hat onto the head. Two magnificent vintage 1930s/1940s faux birds grace the top of the hat, and the piece is completed with a section of seductive chin-length vintage veiling.
