This caramel hair colored fascinator cocktail hat is made from a vintage chenille hood from Switzerland. The chenille is thick and soft and light as a feather.

The accents on the hat include vintage caramel colored veiling, and a vintage screw and post Bakelite hatpin.

The hat is a head hugging toque shape.

Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat fits onto the head but I have also included an elastic band for extra security.

Fits head sizes 22 3/4" - 23 1/4". It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band.
