The accent on the hat is a wide vintage striped ribbon used as both a crown band and bow. This fancy ribbon has been worked with some razzle-dazzle ribbon work and accented with a dark brown ribbon work grosgrain cockade.

Hand formed and hand sewn.

Fits a 21 1/2" - 22 1/4" head size. It sits onto the head.
