This is the perfect vintage-style felt hat to wear with that 1940s power suit!

This hat is composed of two pieces of red wool felt, and has an open crown. The wired crown is pinched and tucked to give it that "Mad Hatter" style of flare. The wired brim is circular. The top of the crown is finished with red grosgrain ribbon. The inner bottom of the hat is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon. The crown of the hat is encircled with a piece of black grosgrain ribbon, over which is draped a piece of sheer black chiffon. The chiffon edges are finished with a rolled hem.
