This is a 3 tone green sparkling special occasion mini pillbox shaped cocktail fascinator hat.

The base of the hat is felt which has been hand formed over a buckram base. The is edge of the brim is encircled with decorative crin.

The crown is decorated with a HUGE 3 tone green flower with sparkles. The stem of the flower is silk wrapped. A crin bow has also been added to give the hat height and airiness.

The hat has been dotted with Swarovski crystals along the crown and brim.

The fascinator is held onto the head with either an elastic band or a removable silk covered metal headband. The headband can be easily slipped into or out of position through the grosgrain holders on the underside of the hat.

The hat is lined in satin and has a grosgrain band.
