This is a peachy pink colored traveling hat. It is a reproduction of a Victorian traveling hat. This is great for re-enactors, SASS, Costumers, or Victorian teas.

The base of the hat is a pink strawcloth covered with a patterned crin (horsehair). These have both been hand formed over a buckram base.

The crown is encircled with a peachy pink colored open weave crin and a crin double ruffle which gives the brim a lacey look.

The accents include two clusters of pink and peach colored coque feathers, vintage organza and satin flowers, and more of the same crin that forms the brim.

Added to the back is a large crin bow and a matching flower. The overall look is quite charming especially when worn at a forward tilt.

Fits most head sizes. The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band to be worn around the back and under the hair and there is a comb at the inside back to secure for forward tipping.

The hat is lined in satin.
