This is a black all occasion fascinator hat. The crown is a vintage black velvet embroidered with black flowers and leaves. Pleated black crin (horsehair) forms the "peek-a-boo" brim.

The fascinator is accented with a large black velvet and organza rose and 3 vintage black leaves tipped in copper and gold.

Used with the right accessories it could have a very 1940s look.

The fascinator is held onto the head with an elastic band and can be worn on either side as shown in the pictures.

The hat is lined in satin and has a grosgrain band.
