This marsala (burgundy) fascinator hat is made from a vintage wool felt hood.

The hat was hand formed and hand sewn.

The brim of the hat is ruffled and then crossed at the back so it can be worn low and to the front of the head.

The crown has a wide marsala grosgrain band with a double bow at the front.

This is a reproduction of a simple 1930s to 1940s hat like those often seen in period movies.

The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band and a small comb at the front. This is a smaller size. It can fit a 20" to a 21 1/2" comfortably onto the head or up to 22 1/2" if worn atop of the head. (model is a size 22 1/4")

It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band.
