This reproduction 1920s / 1930s cloche is hand formed from a vintage Italian straw hood. The brim edge is covered with a black grosgrain ribbon.

The crown band is also a wide black grosgrain (petersham) ribbon.

The brim flips up and is wider in front and gently slopes to a more narrow brim in the back.

The hat has a lovely cloche profile and the swirl of the weaving is particularly attractive.

It is trimmed in 3 vintage Italian straw sculpted leaves and black beads as vines..

The hat has a satin lining and grosgrain band.

The hat has a head size opening of 22" to 23 1/4". You can still wear this hat if your head size is smaller but it will be further down on the head and toward your face. Model is size 23"
