The base of this unique button fascinator is hand blocked beige felt.

The fascinator has had green felt lillypads added and is covered with the cutest vintage chenille frogs.

It is accented with simulated bulrushes across the "pond". And, it has a vintage golden chicken wire veil.

There are lots of the "frogs" playing in the pond.

This hat is part of my tribute to the famous Chicago hatter Bes-Ben.

The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band that goes around the back of the head by the neck and can be further secured with the comb on the inside of the hat.

Fits most sizes as it sits atop the head.

The hat is satin lined and has a grosgrain band.
