This piece was commissioned by one my patrons,who is an optician, and loves her profession very much. She gave me a white frame, and told me to make her something. As I love challenges, I took the frame and designed my piece. The idea was to create a butterfly. I took the frame apart, and crusted the glasses with Rhinestone, and fastened the temples on top to create the antennas. The butterfly wings were made with white and black tulle, the butterfly sits comfortably on a black round sinamay base.
