I hat I made for some contest. With this hat I decided to boost up my skills to the next level.

The base has the Kogui tribe from the Mountains style of hat.
The golden back is actually a fish. In some coastal communities fish appear by the shore with numbers and are supposed to be magic so the play lottery.
Small pieces are actually sorcery elements from all regions, saints and toads, spades and seeds, and there is actually a hidden number in it.
Maybe to play the Lottery?
