This chic dark brown fascinator hat is made from a fantastic patterned vintage velour felt from Italy. Definitely one of a kind The pattern is formed by beige dotted lines randomly crossing the dark brown felt.

The accents on the hat include a large bow made from the matching patterned felt and a plethora of soft feathers and an ostrich quill.

The base of the hat is a 6" by 6 1/2" oval button shape.

Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band and a small comb at the back. Since the hat is not on a hard band it can be worn on either side. It is up to the wearer.

Fits most as it sits atop the head. It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band.
