This one-of-a-kind hat was custom made and would be excellent to use for a Mad Hatter costume! The hat is made from scraps of a purple velvet material with a black lace overlay. The crown of the hat is wrapped with black chiffon fabric and tied in a bow in the back. There is a peacock feather tucked into the chiffon as well as a vintage amber-colored brooch pinned onto it.
