Such a great repurposed vintage hat! The hat consists of layers of chiffon with light blue velvet detailing along the bottom edge and as a ribbon in the back. There are beautiful blue flowers, big and tiny, as well as faux pearl beads tucked between the layers. This light hat screams springtime and would not be out of place at an afternoon garden party!
