This button fascinator hat is made from vintage woven straw and accented with hand braided matching straw loops and various feathers.

The diversity of texture in this hat is what really makes it striking to the eye.

The base of the hat is an oval button shape.

The button is edged with matching grosgrain ribbon.

The playful loops are made from straw strips that were hand braided and sewn into the loops. The goose biot feathers were knotted for a spikey effect and then off set with softly curled and shaped turkey feathers.

It is all Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band. It is very light and stays in place nicely of either side of the head.

Fits most as it sits atop the head. It is unlined but has a grosgrain band.
