Hi Elaine - the red rings on this hat - how have you done these?? Are they just bias strips with wire or ate they sinamay? - love it!

Yes Mel the satin fabric loops from Loops lesson8 which you have. Instead of going up lay them down to create a veiling effect - good seller.
