Winner of the "Milliners of Etsy" Hardware Hat Challenge. The criteria for my judging was threefold:
1. Creative use of hardware materials and amount used vs traditional millinery materials.
2. Technical difficulty of constructing hat
3. Modernity of design
Choosing first and second prizes evolved fairly quickly, but third place was difficult to choose. I wish I could have chosen all of you. Enough said- Here are the winners:
