This elegant all black cocktail hat fascinator was created in black panama straw.

The crown is trimmed with 5 vintage accents of black and silver covered wire (turned and curled) that are each trimmed with 2 small velvet bows and 2 rhinestones.

Opposite the accents is a full 1/2 crown of black feathers.

This hat can be worn in many different ways. The last picture illustrates the 4 major ways it can be worn: feathers at the back, feathers at the left side, feathers at the right side, or feathers at the front.

This fascinator cocktail hat fits most head sizes and is held on with combs placed at any of 4 places inside the crown. (combs will be included.) The headsize opening is 21 1/2" but the model in the pics has a 23 1/2" headsize.

It has a satin lining and a grosgrain band. Fits most headsizes.
