The fascinator base has been covered in devine pleated, off white silk, then criss-crossed with the vintage pearl trim, edged with fine silk plaited ribbon, And of course the wonderful feather trim, and lastly, the spray of feathers. It is then padded inside, and lined in dupion silk. It is secured by an Elastic which is hidden by your hair.
