This is my very first hand-sewn-from-scratch-following-a-pattern mini top hat! I used faux leather and the feathery flourish includes tiny chimes. I made it to wear to the World's Faire night of the 2015 Edwardian Ball in San Francisco. Going for a simplified steampunk look.
