This turban toque hat is made from vintage velour felt that has been hand blocked then hand sewn into this fabulous turban style.

Each fold and twist has been blocked to a depth that further enhances the design. The vintage rhinestone accessory was placed at the front of the hat for a beautiful feminine accent.

Great for a Mother-of-the-Bride (or Groom) hat, church, luncheon or any nice event.

It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band. There is an elastic band to secure to the head.
