Reproduction of a pointed Victorian felt hat from around 1895.

Pointed reproduction hat handmade from a vintage felted hood. The colors are a soft green and rose beige and is a one of a kind.

The crown band is a pretty striped ribbon in the same colors as the felted hood with 2 large roses from the matching ribbon.

A huge weeping willow double curled ostrich feather is one of the main attractions of this hat. The ostrich feather is actually more than one feather sewn together to form the beautiful draping of the feather over the point of the hat. As you walk the feather seems to float over the hat and lets the felt colors peek through.

The hat and feather were hand made by me as a reproduction but this is not a vintage hat and can be easily worn as a modern hat at events today.

The head size opening measures 23" but can fit 21 1/2" up to 23". Since it sits down on the head I have not included either combs or elastic, if you would like combs or elastic put in place please let me know when ordering.

The hat is unlined but has a grosgrain band.
