This fascinator cocktail hat is made with vintage yellow felt and lace in black and gold.

The accents on the hat include a rolled felt brim, black and gold lace on the crown and around the brim, and a hand made flower of the same felt as the hat.

The hat is a head hugging button shape and can be worn on either side of the head
