This cloche is hand blocked and sewn from a very high quality French vintage velour dark ice blue colored felt. It is buttery soft.

The hat has a lovely cloche profile.

It is trimmed in a vintage multi-colored embroidered ribbon. It was all hand sewn onto the crown and around the brim edge. The ribbon design is period correct and a beautiful accent to the color of the hat.

The hat is unlined but has a grosgrain band.

The hat has a head size opening of 23". You can still wear this hat if your head size is smaller but it will be further down on the head and toward your face such as on the model pictured whose head size is 22 1/2.
