A black Patent leather fascinator hat is made from vintage black patent leather strawcloth and accented with a vintage rhinestone spray of stars. Fits most sizes from 22" to 23" comfortably.

The base of the hat is a cap shape that has good crown coverage and has been accented with a circle of vintage veiling, a circle of gathered patent leather strawcloth, and a spray of vintage rhinestone stars.

It is all Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat is held onto the head with an elastic band and a comb. It is very light and stays in place nicely on either side of the head.

Fits most as it sits atop the head. It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band.
