This is a very feminine and distinctive headband hat fascinator.

The headband was hand made from millinery buckram and millinery wire. It was covered with black satin and then covered once again with a mix of black and white marabou feathers.

The side accent consists of 2 large vintage black roses made from velvet and organza.

The fascinator is held onto the head with elastic to be worn around the back of the head and hidden in the hair.

Fits most head sizes.

It is lined with satin and has a grosgrain band.
