I love the way when working on a headpiece and you're not sure what way it will finish up. I'm interested in insects and their colours and I'm delighted this has the essence of a butterfly!! To create this piece I used sinamay for the base, ostrich quills curled, various black and pearl beading and course crin that I love working with.
