This attractive straw and lace fascinator cocktail hat is made from a vintage natural straw hood from Switzerland and beautiful vintage light brown designer French lace.

The accents on the hat include crin (horsehair) flowers and a large crin bow. These are all hand made from the techniques shown in my book "Creating with Crin" which is also available in my shop.

Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat fits lightly onto the head and the saucer portion can be worn to either side of the head or in the center of the forehead.

Fits head sizes 21 1/2 to 22" comfortably. It has an elastic band which can be worn under the hair and around the back of the head. It is unlined but has a grosgrain band.
