This hat is made from a vintage woven cello straw hood in a bright blue that has been hand blocked and sewn.

The crown band is a band of blue and white crin formed into a tube and edged with blue cording trim.

The side accent is made from the same crin used on the crown band but formed into a circular bow. It is completed with 2 flowers made from tubular white crin and hand made straw flowers. The final touch is a spray of white feathers that lay gently over the crown.

Great for a Mother-of-the-Bride (or Groom) hat, church, luncheon or any nice event.

It is unlined but has a grosgrain band. Fits head sizes 21 1/2" to 22" comfortably but up to 22 3/4 if worn atop instead of on the head as there is an elastic band included to help secure the hat.
