A pretty upturned brim hat formed from 2 vintage velour felts from Czechoslovakia.

The color of the felt on the crown is a maroon and the brim is a teal.

Accents on the hat include large vintage velvet roses in shades of maroon with maroon smaller roses in between. Also accenting the crown is a fan of vintage French feathers.

The crown band is a matching maroon grosgrain. The edge is wired and covered in the same matching grosgrain as the crown band.

Hand formed and hand sewn. The crown was formed with a curved dent to give it its unusual shape.

Fits a 21" - 21 3/4" head size. It sits onto the head but if you would like elastic added please let me know at time of purchase and it will be added before shipping.

It has a grosgrain sweatband but is otherwise unlined.
