Supplies needed:
1 Wool Velour Capeline
Push pins
Rubber bands
String (when using string make sure to make a boy scouts knot to secure the loops)
Steam (I use a pot and strainer from my kitchen, hat steamer, or garment steamer)
Iron
Aluminum Foil, Clear plastic, white gift wrap tissue (each one gives a different stiffness to the hat)
Making the hat:
Place the capeline on the block steam and hand shape capeline until it fits the block. I then place in my oven on 175 until it dries.
