This elegant all black cocktail hat fascinator was created in black panama straw.

The crown is trimmed with vintage accents of large black satin and velvet flowers (turned and curled) over vintage chicken wire veiling.

This fascinator cocktail hat fits most head sizes and is held on with an elastic band that goes around the back of the head and is hidden in the hair. The headsize opening is 21 1/2" but the model in the pics has a 23 1/2" headsize.
