This fascinator cocktail hat is made from a vintage chenille hood from Switzerland. The chenille is thick and soft and light as a feather.

The accents on the hat include a cluster of couque feathers, and a vintage gold colored heart pin.

The hat is a head hugging toque shape.

Hand formed and hand sewn.

The hat fits onto the head but I have also included an elastic band and a front hair comb for extra security.

Fits head sizes 21 1/4" - 22 1/4". It is satin lined and has a grosgrain band
