This pretty hat was sewn and blocked from a vintage Italian straw hood.

The color is a light beige and would be great for holidays, church, or special event.

The accents on the hat include beige crin (horsehair) formed into a large gathered bow. Inside the crin bow is vintage chenille dotted veiling that peeks through and out of the ends. These are on the top side of the hat and are further accented with beautiful beige and brown vintage velvet flowers and berries.

The hat sits atop the head and has an elastic band that goes around the back of the head and under the hair for a secure fit on either the left or right side.

The hat will fit from 21 1/4" up to 23 1/4 comfortably. It has an inside grosgrain band.
