Ascot Couture hat 2017
First I weaved SInamay strips (that took forever) and then blocked and wired/binded with sinamay bias. Then using Carole Maher technique from her hat academy class. I used goose feathers for the top. Designed to go with a cream dress with navy trim for this years Royal Ascot meeting.
