This one was made from JudithM's (SKU: 3050-head-kit-20). The brim is cut and measured from the crown measurements by hand and sewn in a circular design to make the lines on the brim. The material is felt wool and it is adorned with rhinestones.The brim is wired so the wearer can bend it to their face.
