The base of this unique fascinator headband is woven green strawcloth over a buckram base. It is in a lovely headband shape.

The fascinator has been titled "Playful Puppies Playing Fetch" and has a green straw base to simulate grass and is covered with 3 of the cutest vintage chenille dogs, all playing with their toys.

It is accented with vintage yellow colored curly chenille trim around the brim.

There are 3 vintage chenille poodles in various colors and types playing in the "grass".
