This is a button style fascinator hat. It is another in my Bes-Ben Tribute line. I call it "A Tip of the Hat" as the gloved hand is gently holding a small top hat.

The base of the hat is a vintage tartan wool felt formed over buckram into a button shape .

The accents on the hat are the matching tartan glove gently holding a hand made strawbraid top hat complete with feathers and flowers. The small hat is also lined.

The button hat is lined in satin and has a grosgrain band.
