Vintage reproduction of a Victorian / Edwardian traveling hat from the late 1800s to the early 1900's. Great for costuming, theater, re-enactors, Victorian Societies, SASS

Reproduction hat handmade from a vintage wine colored velvet. This is meant to sit atop the head on an up-do with curls cascading from either side.

It is edged with vintage wine colored satin and the crown band is hand beaded braid trim.

Huge 18"- 20" weeping willow curled ostrich feathers in wine and are the main attraction of this hat, but the lovely Velvet wine colored ribbon and vintage flower with hand beaded center certainly catch one's eye.

The head size opening measures 21" but it sits atop of the head and has an elastic band and 2 combs to help secure it to the hairstyles of the day.

It is satin lined.
