• 60cm x 20cm needle felt or pre-felt

• Large piece of bubble wrap (105cm x 70cm)

• Template –pattern supplied (floor foam underlay/protective wrapping foam)

• Chamois

• Stiff nylon tulle 105cm X 70cm

• Bar vegetable oil soap and/or soap flakes

• Dome hat block 21-22inch or foam display head

• 50cm elastic for a band

• 1/4 cup White Vinegar
