Sizing stain on inside of hat??
Is there a way to get rid of an area of staining from sizing inside part of hat. (gelatin sizing)?

Hi Stephanie,
I have found that a combo of water and heat will often work. I use a wet washcloth to blot/lightly rub the stain and then use and iron for heat. Be sure to use a pressing cloth.

Thanks so much for the tip. Before I received it, I tried steaming the area & it worked. I think perhaps the steam forced the sizing into the felt? At any rate it's gone!
