Would anyone know the Milliner behind this design?

I'll be attending the KY Derby for the first time this May and have been exploring the the world of Millinery. I came across a design that I think is simply lovely! Unfortunately it was a photo uploaded to pinterest without any information on who created it. If anyone recognizes it, please let me know, I'd really appreciate it!

I do not now the designer but Eugenie Oirshot?? does a class on this straw braid method. Check out the hatinator course. You basically have to block and wire the straw braid strips like Elaine shows you in that class. She shows you with sinamay but the same principal applies. You just have to lay the straw braid as if it is solid straw and then wire, bind and shape to make this hatinator.
