Under Essentials on top banner you will find list of Suppliers in various countries and many do have an array of patterned sinamay. House of Adorn have some lovely patterns. I have used these over the years but always use the patterned layer as layer 3 of sinamay as it is often finer than regular sinamay.

Another alternative is to add your own spots and embroider pattern The advantage doing this is you stay in control of colouring you want.  Hope this helps .  Elaine
