Latin American style
I am looking for information/ ideas on making a head pieces for a ladies tap dance. Does the theme lend itself to lots of flowers and feathers ? Needs to be easy to wear to tap dance. Rhonda.

Internationally it's been top hats! But I would take inspiration from the lively culture of Latin America would be from the national costumes and vivid colours in some flower headwear to make creations for them if not Alice bands, then decorated small fascinators which will stay on heads
